Hello everyone.

I just wanted to touch base with you all.

I was honored to represent UAE at the ‘Art Mudra’ Booth at ‘ArtExpo New York’ 2022 that started off on 7 April till 10 April 2022 at Pier 36, New York, USA.

The crowd was amazing and it was an experience that I felt was very much needed for my artistic growth.

Had the opportunity to meet many artists from across the globe like USA, London, Russia, India, Singapore, etc.

What I found amazing was the similarities that existed amongst the participating artists over there which has bonded us all throughout the event 🙂 It was the sheer creative flair and the passion towards showcasing our works in front of multifaceted audience, such as various business circles/ young adults/ females from various walks of life/ art critics/art lovers and fellow artists.

The queries and the interest that my art pieces generated was great especially when I was the only one representing both UAE and my own country Pakistan. I felt very humbled & grateful.

While at the exhibition hall I came across wonderful art pieces and the creative ideas behind such creations by the artists. The size didn’t matter, rather the idea mattered!!

It was an amazing experience overall and would suggest to all emerging artists to do apply for such opportunities to get more exposure in the art scene globally. The benefit could be twofold especially if the artist could travel to the physical venue of the exhibition and not only send the artworks via courier.

I have tried to gather a simple picture collage to give you a visual glimpse of the event as well.

Hope it has given you an idea of the participation at an international art platform as great as New York! 🙂
