03 Nov How my art relates to my state of mind/ being?
Hello everyone…
When it comes to our internal space where we are our true authentic self, it becomes more challenging for us to match such state with our external reality which might show differently. It could be due to any factors, such as stressors of life, limiting beliefs about ourselves, internal insecurities, etc. All of these do affect our overall creative process and confidence in our work.
On the other hand, when we trust and tap into our subconscious level for a specific piece of information, it provides us with something so extraordinary that we have never imagined existed.
Relating it to the topic at hand today, I was encouraged to write about my art and how it relates to my state of being which is, my true authentic self. Hence this piece of blog for you all!
When I let myself go into the creative process, without judging my work, without interrupting my flow of creativity, I reach a state of mind/ being which drives my creative art forward. It no more requires my logical attention nor the traditional standards of art making to measure the progress. It is then, when I am at the highest level of my creative potential. It is the time when the art work initiates communication with me intuitively. And once this state arrives and I let it be, the magic starts to happen.
Time varies…Such process might take days or few hours, but whatever happens during this time, is the truth that reflects my state of being in my art work. It is this state that authenticates my work internally at first, because for me this is the top most criteria for my success that I align my intuition with my 3D senses efficiently & consistently.
I have been gathering the feedback from various colleagues on the end results of this artistic process to see if it really mattered. I was amazed by the truthful reflection of my state of being being evident in my work which is being felt by these fellow artists equally.
A piece of advice if I may, firstly, for your art to come from an authentic source and in order for it to be unique expression of yourself, it is imperative to get to that deep spiritual level within yourself that drives your art forward, where there is no need to struggle, or you feel get stuck in the process.
And secondly, to trust and embrace the overall creative process. Once you arrive at this state and keep on it continuously, it becomes second nature without any effort from your end and you start creating unique artworks that defines your style and your state of being!
Until then.., keep on working 🙂
